Description
The inflow guard is use for 2 main functions:
– Protect small creatures such as shrimp or fry from being sucked into the filter and die.
– Prevent big debris from going into the filter and jam it then affect the filter performance. Or worse causes an issue to the tank water cycle and collapse the system.
Comes in 2 sizes:
The Big 16mm inner diameter unit can be used on 17mm diameter inlet tube.
The Small 12mm inner diameter unit is compatible for most of the HOB filter. Please measure the size though before placing the order.
